These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786p ("786p", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 786p website located at https://786p.org, including all associated services, games, betting facilities, payment processing, and customer support functions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing or using 786p in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using 786p.

To register and use 786p, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 786p does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you must independently verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 786p, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a 786p account terminated for breach of these Terms.

786p reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts opened in breach of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited pending review and, where applicable, returned to the depositing payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 786p. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must maintain the accuracy of your registration details throughout the period your account remains active. 786p may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to verify any information provided during registration or subsequently added to your account profile.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 786p immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

786p will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 786p requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

786p accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards where supported by the relevant issuing bank.

All deposit transactions are subject to a minimum deposit amount as published on the deposit page of the platform. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. 786p does not impose a fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 786p accepts no responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 786p reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in your name.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts are not automatically reversed. Please contact support immediately if you have made a deposit in error.
• 786p operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence before being credited or before withdrawals are processed.

786p does not accept deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or any account where you are not the sole beneficial owner. Deposits accepted in breach of this requirement may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. Before 786p will action any withdrawal, the account holder must have completed full KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 786p reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via bank transfer to a bank account held in your registered name where the original deposit method cannot support withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page of the platform at the time of the request.
• Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving institution.
• 786p reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week. Current limits are published in the account cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks for accounts showing unusual activity, large withdrawal amounts, or where fraud is suspected. These checks may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited and will not form part of the withdrawal amount.

786p offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 786p promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. Eligibility criteria specific to each offer are detailed in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the promotion terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• 786p reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it to do so.
• Multiple account holders, players suspected of bonus abuse, or players using wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements may have their bonus withdrawn and associated winnings voided.

786p's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international fixtures, and domestic tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports as published on the platform. All sports bets placed on 786p are subject to these Terms and to the 786p Sports Betting Rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 786p reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by system errors or data feed failures.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice during live events. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected unless the underlying event is voided.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play is completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless settlement has already occurred or specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• 786p reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet, market, or event at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on matches or events subject to confirmed match-fixing or corruption investigations may be voided by 786p regardless of the official result, without liability to the player.

All casino games available on 786p — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and arcade titles such as Happy Fishing — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real human dealers in studio environments. Each game is subject to its own specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is available in the game information panel. RTPs are verified by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-set rules. 786p accepts no liability for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Any malfunction of casino software voids all game plays and associated wagers for the affected round. Winnings generated during a confirmed software malfunction will not be paid.
• 786p reserves the right to void any casino win that results from a technical error, data corruption, or any vulnerability in the game software that was knowingly exploited by the player.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or promotional spins. These limits are published in the relevant game or promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 786p and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, including coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus terms or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 786p.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using 786p for any transaction that is, or may be, connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in any sporting event.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786p staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 786p platform — including but not limited to the 786p name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 786p or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 786p platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the 786p platform or its content.

Any use of 786p's intellectual property outside the scope of the licence granted above — including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or framing of the platform within third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786p, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if 786p has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

786p's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 786p account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786p does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are adequate and secure for accessing the platform.

786p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where 786p reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The account holder has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 786p reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where account closure is at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of a final KYC review.

786p collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

786p implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and stores player data on secured servers. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. You use the platform at your own risk and 786p cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to the platform.

786p will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who perform functions on 786p's behalf (such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, and customer support platforms) subject to appropriate data processing agreements. 786p is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 786p strongly encourages players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 786p account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set timed alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 786p. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Where changes are material, 786p will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, 786p is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor amendments, corrections, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of 786p following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 786p's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

In the event of any dispute between you and 786p arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 786p's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 786p will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
